The internship runs June 7, 2027 to August 18, 2027, with a pay rate of $24.50 per hour and opportunities for mentorship and professional development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Graduating between November 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various areas of the HR department.
• Gain exposure to employee benefits, leave administration, and workers’ compensation.
• Participate in talent acquisition and recruiting strategies.
• Engage in employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Work with HR systems and data management (HRIS).
• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver a presentation to HR leadership at internship end.
