This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the many facets of Human Resources through job shadowing, project work, and professional development.

What You’ll Experience

As an HR Intern at Federated, you’ll rotate through various areas of our HR department, gaining exposure to:

Federated Insurance is seeking a full‑time Human Resources intern in our Owatonna, MN office. This paid internship will start on Monday, June 7th, 2027 and end on Wednesday, August 18th, 2027. Pay for this internship is $24.50 per hour.
