Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DOE security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
• Support onboarding, prepare new hire packets, and update employee files.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
• Track HR metrics and prepare reports as needed.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist with policy reviews, process improvement, and training coordination.
