Job summary

Fast Enterprises invites applications for a part-time, in-person HR internship at our Centennial, CO headquarters for Spring 2027. You will gain hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, and engagement initiatives and work alongside HR professionals who will train and support you.

You will learn HR systems (ADP, iCIMS) and help with onboarding, documentation, audits, and engagement ideas, while building documentation and reports in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, liberal arts, or a related field.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to details and a strong work ethic.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with a variety of projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week in person for at least 12 continuous weeks in Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Learn and use HR systems, including ADP, iCIMS, and other internal platforms, to enter and update employee and candidate records.
• Support the onboarding of new hires by entering new hire information into HR systems, assisting with background checks, Form I-9, E-Verify, and related documentation, and tracking completion of onboarding tasks.
• Maintain and update employee files and records, keeping information accurate and confidential.
• Support HR compliance by following established processes and assisting with internal audits and file clean-up.
• Contributes ideas for company wellness and engagement initiatives and help coordinate.
• Create and update documentation, reports, and presentations in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Shadow HR team members in meetings and projects to see how HR functions work together.
• Support other HR projects and tasks, as assigned.
