Responsibilities

• Learn and use HR systems (ADP, iCIMS) to enter/update employee and candidate records.
• Assist onboarding: background checks, Form I-9, E-Verify, and related documentation.
• Track onboarding tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain and update employee files and records confidentially.
• Support HR compliance and internal audits and file clean-up.
• Contribute ideas for wellness and engagement initiatives and help coordinate them.
• Create/update documents and reports in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Shadow HR team members in meetings and projects to see how HR functions work.
• Support other HR projects and tasks as assigned.
