• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Management, or related business field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations at the Jonesboro manufacturing site under the HR Generalist guidance.
• Assist with recruitment for hourly positions: postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Support full employee lifecycle activities including orientations, feedback meetings, and exit interviews.
• Help ensure HR compliance and stay updated on applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and communication efforts.
• Respond to employee inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance HR systems and workflows.
• Provide administrative support for performance management, safety, and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to foster a positive work environment.
