Job summary

Plexus Corp seeks an HR Intern to support the human resources team and gain exposure to Plexus' industry and operations. You will assist with daily HR tasks and participate in ongoing projects, with onboarding and recruitment activities as part of the role.

The position requires currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and an ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field for the duration of the internship.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with daily tasks and long-term projects.
• Support employee relations activities including performance management and investigations.
• Help with recruitment tasks: posting jobs, screening resumes, interviews, ATS familiarity.
• Handle onboarding, orientation, and administrative duties.
• Assist with compliance tasks such as I-9 forms and documentation.
