The intern will assist with resume screenings, interview scheduling, updating job descriptions, and coordinating training materials, while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resume screenings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Help maintain and update internal documents, including job descriptions, process documentation, and training materials.
• Support departmental filing, data entry, and administrative organization related to HR and excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members on optimizing internal workflows and employee development programs.
• Coordinate schedules and organize initiatives to aid other teams with projects.
• Track and monitor departmental metrics and initiatives, providing status updates.
• Document new procedures and process changes across departments for consistency.
• Coordinate and participate in department events and training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with employee information.
• Assist with meetings, note-taking, and follow-up coordination.
