Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proctoring mechanical assessments for shop-floor applicants.
• Participate in various recruiting activities.
• Work with staff on identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with interviewing applicants.
• Rotate through plant HR, Safety and Training departments.
• Create communications materials for events or activities.
• Create PowerPoints and videos.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
