Peterbilt Motors Company in Denton, Texas, is seeking an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with recruiting, interviewing, and process improvement projects. The role will provide hands-on experience across HR, Safety, and Training functions.

You will assist with mechanical assessment proctoring, prepare communications materials, and develop PowerPoints and videos while collaborating with experienced colleagues in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in HR, business, or related program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Assist with various recruiting activities and interviews.
• Support proctoring mechanical assessments for shop floor applicants.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for existing procedures.
• Create communications material, flyers, PowerPoints, and videos.
• Rotate through HR, Safety and Training departments.
