Job summary

Valeo in Reno, NV is seeking an HR Intern for a part-time, one-year internship. You will support the HR Site Manager, handle HRIS transactions, and generate reports across multiple systems including Workday and ADP.

You must be enrolled in or recently graduated from an HR program, comfortable with complex processes, and able to handle confidential information while supporting employee engagement and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program or recently graduated.
• Comfortable following intricate processes and processing data in multiple systems/databases.
• Preferably some experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Site Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Provide customer service for team members.
• Enter and maintain personnel transactions within HRIS.
• Create customized reports for HR.
• Serve as key user of Workday and ADP.
• Prepare reports and verification of employment documents.
• Assist with employee activities and engagement initiatives.
• Collect, analyze and summarize data and trends for reports.
