Job summary

Elliquence is seeking a motivated Intern – Human Resources for on-site work in Baldwin, NY. The role runs Aug 2026 through December 2026, at 24–32 hours per week in a part-time program designed to introduce you to HR practices, data handling, and project support.

You will assist with documentation, SOP projects, reporting, and presentations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all data. A strong focus on organization and communication is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, Total Rewards, or related field.
• Proficiency in data processing, ability to interpret data and generate insight.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in work output.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Document and file retention: support in documentation preparation, organizing and maintaining files (paper and electronic).
• Assist in HR projects regarding SOPs and company-wide initiatives.
• Conduct research and provide support for best practices and benchmarking projects.
• Assist in developing reports and recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Assist in creating presentations on metrics, reports and analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy in all communications.
