Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; tech-savvy.
• Willing to learn and work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with data audits and HRIS duties.
• Track task status and maintain calendars for HR projects.
• Help develop job descriptions for standardized titles.
• Support staffing/hiring processes using Ceridian Dayforce.
• Collaborate with managers to determine staffing needs.
• Provide general administrative support to plant locations.
