Qualifications

• Current undergrad student studying business, marketing, human resources, or related field.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and practical HR skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with onboarding functions and new hire materials.
• Support HR team with data collection, documentation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments across Garner HQ and satellite locations in Northern Iowa.
