Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, Education, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding materials, orientation resources, and new-hire supplies.
• Help coordinate new-hire communications, scheduling, documentation, and onboarding follow-up.
• Track completion of preboarding requirements and escalate items as needed.
• Support orientation day logistics to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Support development of department onboarding plans and learning paths.
• Document onboarding processes and identify gaps or improvements.
• Organize onboarding activities with clear timelines and resources.
• Develop and maintain onboarding guides, training materials, and tools.
• Assist with gathering feedback to evaluate onboarding effectiveness.
• Research best practices in onboarding and learning to bring ideas.
• Support additional learning and development projects as assigned.
• Maintain HR trackers, calendars, and administrative resources.
• Assist with document organization and record maintenance.
• Support general HR requests and administrative needs.
