Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding materials and orientation resources.
• Support onboarding communications, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Help track preboarding requirements and escalate issues.
• Support development of department-specific onboarding plans.
• Assist with HR administration, records, and document organization.
• Support recruiting activities: scheduling interviews and event prep.
• Assist with engagement events and participant feedback.
