This on-site internship includes a mentorship and housing for out-of-town interns. Applicants must be a junior-status student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and able to handle confidential information with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Junior-status student eligible for a full-time 12-week internship.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Interview quality candidates and track pipelines and develop meaningful contacts.
• Identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills with hiring managers and HR professionals.
• Support college recruitment projects and university relations strategies.
• Own a project that explores emerging recruitment trends or addresses a business need and present it to key stakeholders.
