BorgWarner Arden campus is seeking a Human Resources Intern to learn Generalist and Specialist HR tasks from a Tier 1 automotive supplier perspective. You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, onboarding support, and campus engagement activities.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office, with a flexible part-time schedule up to 30 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Management with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible part-time schedule up to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in standardization and digitalization of employee records.
• Assist HR Business Partners with onboarding tasks.
• Develop communications campaigns for Environmental, Health & Safety outreach.
• Support Learning & Development activities.
• Engage in Arden campus activities and student program recruitment.
• Support data quality audits using the HRIS platform.
• Assist in training course creation for hourly workforce.
