Job summary

BorgWarner Arden campus is seeking a Program Management Intern to support our cutting-edge turbo, fan, and drivetrain programs. You will report to the Program Manager and assist in organizing activities, coordinating schedules, and communicating with customer teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous process improvement, and exposure to APQP and project lifecycle stages in an automotive supplier setting. On-site in Arden, NC with above-market pay for students.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) required.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager in organizing and coordinating project activities.
• Support continuous improvement of Program Management processes and tools.
• Provide project management for customer programs, focusing on launches, cost control, and communications.
• Help develop and lead programs with customer teams to meet objectives and schedules.
• Maintain program documentation, timelines, and financial outcomes.
