Job summary

The role helps drive employee engagement through site-specific communications, onboarding support, and enterprise program promotion, while contributing to HR operations, immigration documentation, and reporting in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Manager with coordination for Corporate Leadership Development programs, ensuring timely communication and accurate tracking.
• Support the maintenance of program documentation including budgets, timing and needs assessments.
• Conduct preliminary organizational and training needs assessments to support internal talent development strategies.
• Contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies that align with business objectives.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee documentation, and support immigration compliance tracking.
• Provide general HR site support as needed.
• Help promote enterprise-wide initiatives such as the BE Heard Survey and BW Moves, including communication and reporting.
