Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a UNM degree program while working as a student employee.
• Must be enrolled at least half-time for fall and spring semesters.
• Satisfactory Academic Progress if Work Study required.

Responsibilities

• Update existing job descriptions into NMILC's approved format.
• Organize and file job descriptions by employee and position.
• Support secure retention of biweekly payroll records with HR staff.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
