Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a 2027 Intern in Human Resources for a 12-week summer program, onsite at our GMP facility. This role supports employee engagement, talent development, and HR data reporting.

You will work full-time, gain hands-on HR experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare communications and materials for leaders. Eligible students from relevant programs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, organizational leadership, psychology, or communications.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 12-week period during the summer.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives across employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR data and metrics to support business decisions.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, documentation, and confidential information in compliance with company policies.
• Assist with onboarding, training, employee development programs, and engagement activities.
• Create employee communications, presentations, and educational materials for leaders and staff.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams on process improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and administrative efficiencies.
• Complete assigned projects, present recommendations and results to stakeholders, and contribute ideas during team meetings.
