Job summary

MacLean-Fogg is offering an on-site summer HR internship in Wisconsin. You will connect classroom learning with the work of supporting employees and managers, and you will own a meaningful project with guidance from an experienced team.

The program runs 40 hours per week for 10 weeks, with the possibility of extending up to two weeks. A one-time $3,000 housing allowance may be available for eligible interns. Start date is May 25, 2027, with limited calendar flexibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong desire to support employees and improve work experience.
• Willing to learn and collaborate with people in different roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn HR processes, systems, and employee needs relevant to your assignment.
• Gather and organize information, check accuracy, identify improvement opportunities.
• Help prepare clear employee or manager resources for HR review.
• Support coordination of recruiting, onboarding, learning, or engagement activities.
• Use spreadsheets to analyze information and communicate findings.
• Protect confidential information and follow guidance from HR professionals.
• Present project results and recommendations to leadership at program end.
