Job summary

Catalent’s Madison, Wisconsin site is seeking a 2027 Intern - Human Resources to support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. The intern will assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis to support HR metrics and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 12-week period during the summer.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives across employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR data and metrics to support business decisions.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, documentation, and confidential information in compliance with company policies.
• Assist with onboarding, training, employee development programs, and engagement activities.
• Create employee communications, presentations, and educational materials for leaders and staff.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams on process improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and administrative efficiencies.
• Complete assigned projects, present recommendations and results to stakeholders, and contribute ideas during team meetings.
