Job summary

FedEx seeks an Intern to gain real-world experience in HR areas including Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Learning & Development, Recruitment, and HR Analytics. Locations include Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX.

The program runs 10 weeks with 40 hours/week, offering pay of $25/hour for undergraduates or $30/hour for graduates, plus a relocation stipend for distances over 50 miles. Requires enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's program and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (within 6 months) with GPA 3.0+
• Degree in HR/ Psychology/ Organizational Leadership or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision in HR areas such as Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Learning and Development, Recruitment, HR Analytics.
• Present and deliver long-term solutions impacting business and customer experience.
• Participate in networking and community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
