Job summary

The program runs for 10 weeks, with 40 hours per week, and includes a $2,000 relocation stipend for those relocating over 50 miles for on-site or hybrid work. Sponsorship for full-time roles may vary by position.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support HR projects in areas such as organizational effectiveness, compensation, learning and development.
• Assist in recruitment, workforce planning, and HR analytics initiatives.
• Present long-term solutions with business impact and participate in events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
