FedEx Internship Program offers real-world HR experience through projects aligned with your studies in HR management, psychology, or organizational leadership. You will work under close supervision across HR areas and have opportunities to present lasting solutions impacting the business and customer experience.

Avail 40 hours/week for a 10-week period, with a relocation stipend for those traveling over 50 miles; sponsorship is not available for interns.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Degree areas include HR Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership or related major.

Responsabilités

• Gain experience across HR areas including Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Workforce Strategy and Planning, HR Systems, Employee Relations, Business Consulting, Enterprise Health Care, and HR Analytics.
• Present long-term solutions that will have significant impacts to the business and/or customer experience.
• Participates in networking and/or community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
