• Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university.
• Degree: Bachelor’s in HR/Psychology/Business Admin/Organizational Leadership or related major.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR areas such as Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Learning and Development, Recruitment, and HR Analytics.
• Present and deliver long-term HR solutions that impact the business and customer experience.
• Participate in networking and community events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
