Job summary

FedEx is seeking an intern to gain real-world HR experience in areas such as Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Learning and Development, Recruiting and HR Analytics. The internship is based in Memphis, TN, and runs for 10 weeks (June–August).

Eligibility includes current enrollment in a Bachelor's program (HR/OL/related) with a 3.0+ GPA; no prior experience required. Pay is $25/hour for undergraduates, $30/hour for graduates, plus a $2,000 relocation stipend for on-site or hybrid

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Degree in HR, organizational leadership or related field.
• Interest in healthcare, benefits and pensions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR areas: organizational effectiveness, compensation, learning and development, recruitment, workforce planning and analytics.
• Present and deliver long-term HR solutions impacting the business and customer experience.
• Participate in networking and community service events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
