Job summary

FedEx is offering an HR internship designed to provide real-world experience across several HR domains, including organizational effectiveness, compensation, learning and development, recruitment, and HR analytics. The role emphasizes collaboration, project work, and the ability to analyze and recommend actions.

Selected candidates will work 40 hours per week for a 10-week period (June 7 – August 13), with a pay rate of $25/hour for undergraduates and $30/hour for graduates, plus a relocation

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (within 6 months) with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Degree in HR management, psychology, organizational leadership, or related major.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision in HR areas (Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Learning & Development, Recruitment, etc.).
• Present and deliver long-term solutions with significant business impact.
• Participate in networking and community events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
