Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college program related to HR/People.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of confidential information
• Recruiting functions, such as reviewing resumes and completing phone screens
• Assist the HR staff in filing employment forms
• Contribute ideas and participate in meetings
• Perform analysis on key data points to lead initiatives
• Provide support to office staff as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
