Job summary

GAF in Parsippany, NJ seeks an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across HRBP lifecycle and projects with Corporate & Sales teams. You will support HR with role profiles, data audits, and development of tools in collaboration with HRBPs and COEs.

The role emphasizes data analysis, talent initiatives, performance processes, and developing a strategic mindset within residential and contractor contexts, while upholding confidentiality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Audit and develop role profiles and JD framework; ensure HRIS data is up to date.
• Provide recommendations and documentation for process improvements.
• Analyze HR dashboards and data to drive talent initiatives.
• Liaise for data analysis and transactions between HRBPs and COEs.
• Support ICP development and Talent Profile completion.
• Assist in Mid Year Review, performance management and tracking.
• Assist Residential Sales with presentations and tools for long-term projects.
• Participate in RES Synergy meetings.
• Coaching and performance support.
• Develop strategic mindset and business acumen related to GAF, residential, and contractor contexts.
