The role requires a major in Business/Marketing/Communications/Data Analytics, a 3.0 GPA, and a sophomore or junior status. May 24, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with travel up to 10% and a $20.00 hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or related field.
• GPA 3.0 required.
• Sophomore or junior standing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customer journey analysis and experience optimization.
• Assist with administrative tasks for the Customer Experience team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations on CX projects.
