Job summary

elliquence is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team in Baldwin, NY. This part-time program runs Aug/Sep 2026 through December 2026, offering 24–32 hours per week on-site.

You will support documentation, SOP projects, reporting, and presentations while learning HR best practices in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and possess strong organization and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency in data processing and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with strong commitment to accuracy and discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and file retention: support in preparation of documentation, organizing and maintaining files (paper and electronic).
• Assist in HR projects and SOP initiatives across the company.
• Conduct research and provide support for best-practice and benchmark projects.
• Assist in developing reports and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
• Assist in developing presentations on metrics, reports and analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and precision in all data and communications.
