Elliquence in Baldwin, NY is seeking a motivated intern for our Inventory Control team. This part-time internship is 24 hours per week, starting August/September 2026 and continues through December 2026 on-site in Baldwin, NY.

The role offers the possibility to transition to full-time hours during non-school months and to become a full-time employee based on performance and business needs. You'll assist with inventory transactions, records, ERP data, reporting, and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in a related field with supply chain coursework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn new software and handle large datasets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support daily inventory operations, including transactions and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and product traceability.
• Prepare and organize operational reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service.
• Support purchase order administration and supplier documentation.
• Analyze inventory and operational data to identify trends.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management.
• Take on increasing responsibility in inventory planning and procurement support.
