Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an in-person HR Intern in Lincoln, Nebraska for the 2027 spring term. The role supports Employee Support & HR Operations, HR Communications, Branding & Engagement, HR Administration and Events. Part-time during the school year (17.5 hours/week) with potential to transition to full-time in the summers.

No relocation or sponsorship offered. The position pays USD 23–27.50 per hour depending on experience and education.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior standing and pursuing a degree in HR, business, management, psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the HR shared services model; guide employees to submit service tickets.
• Serve as primary contact for hourly employees for HR inquiries.
• Assist with password reset requests for plant employees and locker assignments.
• Support Lincoln Alerts messaging and timely communications during alerts.
• Create, design and deliver HR marketing, communications and branding materials.
