The Human Resources Intern will play a vital role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various administrative and operational tasks that contribute to the overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This position offers a comprehensive introduction to HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The intern will collaborate closely with HR professionals to help streamline processes and ensure accurate record-keeping. Through hands‑on experience, the intern will gain valuable insights into HR best practices and contribute to projects that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. Ultimately, this role aims to develop foundational HR skills while supporting the department’s goal of fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Prefer 20+ hours per week, year-round. Scheduling is flexible based on the student’s class schedule and availability. Typical business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Common intern schedules may include full‑day blocks such as Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday, or half‑day schedules throughout the week.
