Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an HR Representative in our Madison, CT office to help integrate acquired employees from an HR perspective and support HR Business Partners. The role emphasizes collaboration, data integrity, and timely HR operations within a growing company.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field, have at least 2 years of experience, and be proficient with Microsoft 365 and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for written job-related communications and verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Support HR integrations for acquired employees and collaborate with the HR team.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality across HR systems and reports.
• Assist with onboarding, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
• Prepare employment letters and assist with payroll-related tasks as needed.
• Coordinate HR communications and documentation with cross-functional teams.
