Jabil in Saint Petersburg, FL, is seeking an HR Integration Business Partner to support workforce readiness and successful program integration across designated sites. You will help implement standardized HR processes, policies, and onboarding to enable smooth ramping of new programs.

You will collaborate with Operations, Program Management, and HR teams, contributing to change management and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting program ramps, facility startups, or workforce expansion initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR integration activities for new business ramps, customer program launches, and facility buildouts.
• Partner with Operations, Program Management, Site Leadership, and HR leaders to align HR deliverables with ramp timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding for employees supporting new programs or site startups.
• Contribute to change management activities and training alignment with ramp requirements.
• Identify HR-related risks and work with leadership on mitigation strategies.
• Assist with continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from ramp activities.
