This HR Generalist III opportunity is an important part of our global HR team, providing a broad range of HR support to our enterprise functions and other business partners and serving as the primary human resources contact & advisor to managers and employees. This role will be specifically supporting Global Supply Chain & Global Finance (on a corporate scale). Partners with peers in execution of HR programs and strategies, global team projects & initiatives, and provides innovative solutions that support and optimize the operating objectives of the business. The HR Generalist helps to mitigates risks and ensures compliance contributing to the long‑term success of the company.
This role will also independently carry out policies and programs covering several of the following: Employment, interviewing, salary administration, training, benefits & compensation administration, as well as labor relations. Assists in the development and implementation of HR programs including communications and leadership support.
This role will be based on‑site at our St. Petersburg, FL corporate facility. There’s flexibility to be remote at least 1 day a week, as necessary.
