Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and manage workforce plans in support of new business growth and site expansions. You will forecast staffing, track ramp progress, and ensure workforce readiness for program launches across Operations, HR, and Program Management.

You will partner with training and operations teams to design scalable hiring strategies, training infrastructure, and effective reporting. On-site/hybrid in St. Petersburg, FL with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting program ramps, facility startups, or workforce expansion initiatives preferred.
• Experience partnering with operations leaders in a manufacturing or operational environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce hiring plans to support business growth and program ramps.
• Forecast headcount needs and staffing timelines with Operations and Program Management.
• Track hiring progress against ramp plans and identify gaps or risks.
• Provide regular reporting on hiring status, workforce readiness, and ramp milestones.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to align hiring strategies with ramp schedules.
• Support training plan infrastructure and coordination for new programs or site expansions.
