Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce plans to support business growth, program ramps, and new customer launches.
• Forecast headcount needs and staffing timelines with Operations, Program Management, and functional leaders.
• Track hiring progress against ramp plans and identify gaps or risks impacting readiness.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on hiring status and ramp milestones to leadership.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR to align hiring strategies with ramp schedules.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations to ensure training programs support workforce readiness.
