Qualifications

• Experience providing senior level technical advice and guidance to managers on conduct and performance matters.
• Ability to modify or refine guidelines to resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Experience researching employee relations cases to identify trends and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal advisor to servicing area managers on employee relations issues such as misconduct, performance management, grievances, and leave administration.
• Recommend actions for conduct or performance problems and represent as technical advisor in third party appeals where appropriate.
• Analyze investigation reports and develop conclusions from affidavits and exhibits, communicating findings orally and in writing.
• Modify established guidelines to resolve precedent-setting employee relations issues.
• Conduct extensive research into employee relations cases to identify trends and aggravating/mitigating circumstances.
