Averro is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage HR tickets in UKG, triage issues across HR, IT, and vendors, and drive proactive fixes through solid reporting. You will support recruiting, onboarding, learning, and talent management processes while coordinating hypercare activities and stakeholder communications.

The role emphasizes knowledge management, UAT support, and steady-state transitions, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and continuous process

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR operations or HR systems experience, including post-go-live system support.
• UKG and ticketing tool experience; strong reporting, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for HR tickets in UKG, triaging and escalating issues across HR, IT, and vendors.
• Report on ticket trends and root causes to drive proactive fixes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, learning, and talent management processes.
• Coordinate hypercare activities, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain knowledge articles; assist with UAT and steady-state transition.
