Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide expert UKG Ready HR/Benefits support in a ticket-driven environment. You will configure HR Core, Benefits Administration, and Open Enrollment, while ensuring accurate reporting and secure role permissions.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of UKG Ready experience and a strong HR operations background. This in-office role requires collaboration with Payroll and Implementation teams and regular client communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience supporting or administering UKG Ready (HR/Benefits focus).
• Background in HRIS, HR operations, benefits administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary resource for UKG Ready HR and Benefits modules.
• Review tickets, gather requirements, and translate into system configurations.
• Troubleshoot HR Core, Benefits Administration, Open Enrollment, workflows, and permissions.
• Configure benefit plans and maintain HR settings, security roles, and reporting.
• Provide training and assist with documentation; collaborate with Payroll and Implementation.
