Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience in coordinator, specialist or generalist roles.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; UKG strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with data and system interfaces.
• Process-minded with a passion for improving systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll cycle by preparing and validating stakeholder data changes for payroll processing.
• Coordinate stakeholder lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and changes.
• Maintain and audit electronic employee records for compliance and data integrity.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Track and maintain HR documents like job descriptions and org charts.
