You will maintain accurate personnel files, coordinate interviews and orientations, assist in policy implementation, and deliver courteous service to staff and management while protecting confidential information.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in HR or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including personnel files, employee data, and HR metrics
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, new hire orientations, and other HR-related events
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, addressing their HR-related questions and concerns
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR support and guidance are provided as needed
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
