Premier Washington, a leading rehabilitation and nursing facility in Washington, PA, is seeking an HR Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and strong communication with staff and management.

You will coordinate interviews, orientations, and HR events, while assisting in developing policies and programs.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in HR or a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including personnel files, employee data, and HR metrics
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, new hire orientations, and other HR-related events
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, addressing their HR-related questions and concerns
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR support and guidance are provided as needed
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
