Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Service Response Center Representative to be the first point of contact for the Facilities & Support Services division in Tampa. You will answer calls, dispatch work orders, and coordinate with on-site teams to maintain safety and operations.

The role requires clean documentation, calm communication, and the ability to handle emergency scenarios while following established procedures. A high school diploma and call center experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year in a high-volume call center/answering service environment, preferably healthcare.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, and able to document calls clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls for the Facilities & Support Services division.
• Create work orders and dispatch appropriate responses.
• Monitor alarms and coordinate emergency communications as needed.
• Log and document all calls and alarms for audit and safety purposes.
