Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• One year of Human Resources and data entry experience.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Expert written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to general HR inquiries via phone, email and mail.
• Document employee interactions and solutions provided.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate HR reports.
• Support leave management and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding and data upkeep.
